This Privacy Policy explains how LaunchSpace LLC ("Neurotype," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Neurotype mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We collect information in three main ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) subscription information from app stores.
If you buy a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, we receive information such as subscription status (active/inactive), plan type/entitlements, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details from Apple or Google.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
We may share information if you direct us to do so (for example, if you request a data export).
Neurotype does not use your personal information to show third-party behavioral/targeted ads in the app.
We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information unless we must keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, deletion, correction, and data portability. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests. We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law (for example, to protect security or comply with legal obligations).
Neurotype is available internationally. We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we generally rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), consent (where required), and/or legal obligations. You may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact contact@neurotypeapp.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law (e.g., in-app notice).
Some jurisdictions treat certain mental health–related information as "consumer health data" or "sensitive data." Neurotype may process data that could imply mental wellbeing status (for example, the wellness modules you choose and use).
We do not sell consumer health/sensitive data and do not share it for targeted advertising. We may share it with service providers only as needed to operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics/performance, crash reporting, customer support), subject to contractual restrictions.

Neurotype does not use geofencing around in-person healthcare facilities to identify or track individuals, collect consumer health data, or send health-related notifications or advertisements.
