This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy ("CHD Policy") describes how LaunchSpace LLC ("Neurotype," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares "Consumer Health Data" (or "sensitive health-related data") through the Services, and how you can exercise your rights.
Why this notice exists: In some jurisdictions, certain mental health–related information (including wellness module selections and usage) is treated as "consumer health data" or "sensitive data." Neurotype provides personalized meditation and progress tracking, which may involve such data.
This CHD Policy supplements the Neurotype Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, this CHD Policy applies to Consumer Health Data where required by applicable law.

This CHD Policy applies to Consumer Health Data we collect about you through the Services, especially where you are located in (or your data is collected in) a jurisdiction that regulates consumer health data or sensitive health-related data (for example, certain U.S. states).
"Consumer Health Data" generally means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status, or health-related interventions. In Neurotype, this may include information that could imply mental wellbeing status based on how you use wellness-related modules.

We retain Consumer Health Data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify Consumer Health Data unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Consumer Health Data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Neurotype does not use geofencing around in-person healthcare facilities to identify or track individuals, collect Consumer Health Data, or send health-related notifications or advertisements.
We may update this CHD Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide notice as required by law.
